Voucher answers
Can someone else use the voucher?
Each voucher is linked to the person you send it to and is added to their app, so a copied code won’t work for anyone else.
What if I don’t know their email?
Send it to yourself. You can pass it on once, to a named person, from your app.
Can I get a refund?
You can cancel within 14 days of buying if the voucher hasn’t been used. Vouchers can’t be exchanged for cash.
