Why it’s different

The story
Sprouting moong is an everyday ritual in many Indian homes: soak overnight, wait a day, and watch the tiny shoots appear. Chaat is the tangy, spicy street-food style of North India.
How to enjoy it
Warm on its own, with rice, or as a filling for a dosa.
Defrost overnight in the fridge, then heat in a pan, stirring, until piping hot all the way through. From frozen: heat gently in a covered pan with a splash of water.
